This was so easy to put together and the instruction booklet was super easy to follow and accurate. Yes booklet, not papers stuffed in a box that don’t make any sense. Sturdy and comfortable. Hard to find an outdoor set that reclines like this. Highly recommend product and company that sells it.

1. The look is really GREAT. Exactly as described. Compact and totally functional. I bought 2 sets. One loveseat on back deck. One loveseat with 2 tables on front porch.2. Cushions are not very cushy. I will probably replace after 1st season.3. Assembly was OK. I'm 70 yo woman, so the puny wrench was hard to maneuver in tight spaces.4. Missing 6 feet, but the manufacturer sent them within days.5. Manufacturer suggests covering. Complaints about weathering woes seem to suggest this is required regardless of exposure. I'm in CO, so they are covered outside for a few more months. Can't wait to use them.5. Good price, but I hate the shipping costs.All said, I'm happy with purchase and manufacturer.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Feared they'd be a little junky, but we've had them for 6 months now and can say they're really great chairs!The only negative things I'll say are that the metal joints are rusting, but that's what happens when you have metal parts that get wet because they're outside (and I'm happy they're metal, not plastic) and that the suction cups that hold the glass top onto the table got discolored and are yellowish.Everything else is great. Love that they recline, and the pop-up side "tables/shelves" are an added bonus, and are much sturdier than I would have thought. We put very heavy glasses on them, as well as paper plates of food, and they don't collapse. It's also great that you can assemble them as a loveseat, or as two separate chairs with the glass/top table separating them. It's pretty easy to change them back and forth between setups.Assembly: There are a lot of parts and a lot of steps to putting this together and it really works best if you have two people, but the instructions are pretty clear.Customer service was very thorough and thoughtful. I bought two sets and they reached out to make sure I hadn't made a mistake. Then, they sent a very thorough reply with details about what to expect from shipping and providing me with the tracking information.All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase!

This set is really nice and we like it, but it arrived damaged. Waiting to hear back from the company to hopefully make things right…

These chairs did not meet my expectations even for the price. The seats are not level so using it as a love seat is awkward. One leg of the chair is higher than the others so it teeters a bit and they sit pretty low so it's tough for this old man to get in and out of them. Overall, they feel a little cheap and I wish I had bought another set. Too difficult to break down and repackage for return though.But the company did contact me to try and make the item right... So points for good customer service!

The chairs are nice, but not all that sturdy for the price. The hinges to one of the ottomans is broken so it’s going to have to be fixed. Had to order a cover so that it won’t rust.

The media could not be loaded.  I assembled this single handed. Love the versatility of the set. Just the right size for my small front porch. Love it!!

We put this thing together and use it everyday. It is comfortable.
