Did not work for me
It did not increase my low pressure. Was really looking forward to it arriving based on reviews. However, there was no change in my pressure. Im just doomed with a low volume well.

This works better than any high dollar shower head! All the other heads have had low pressure, this thing feels like gallons of water coming out!!

Finally! Real showers!
I have no more than 25 lbs water pressure upstairs. My house is plumbed with PEX that's too small and I'm on a well. Great combo. I have been taking frustrating showers for years. NO MORE! Totally worth the 30 bucks.
