We had an issue with the connector on one of the shoes. I had bought them 3 months before and out awya for Christmas. The issue was after one wear. Thy kindly replaced one shoe without too much of a quibble.

Cable Replacement
These shoes are great, I had an issue connecting the charging cable and has told to do it forcefully, I did and it did not connect, so within 24 hours 2 new cables were sent out to me. Great customer service and a great product.

These can be worn with no wheels in use. One wheel can be used to start, great for kids just learning.

The shoes are nice ,the cut are small,I bought one size bigger but they are a bit tight on my granddaughter

Good quality and fast delivery
These are much better than the Heeleys on offer in Toy/Sports shops. They are good quality trainers with the rear wheel accessible, using a button, to pop out and retract. An additional wheel can also be added for beginners. These came earlier than the expected delivery date shown. This was unexpected as it was Christmas time and deliveries are normally later than stated. Therefore they arrived for Christmas Day! 5*

Looks soo good
Looks amazing! Looks even better than in pictures. Different lights... you can choose your most fav function. And shoes are shiny shiny. Really love it. It's Christmas present so I can't tell about quality yet. And not sure how it fits wanted to buy a bit bigger.but looks like that's it's just exact size to my kids size but it's fine. Happy so far.
