We bought this because we liked the style. When we received the item it was just as expected. Measurements took a little converting but overall the install was fairly simple. We ended up purchasing another one for another space because we loved the look so much!

This is a sturdy, well made product. It was easy to install and looks great.

Love this hardware! Super sturdy, very heavy, super quite when sliding the door back and forth. I will order a second for my kitchen. I was able to install it myself (I'm a 5'2" 110 lb female) and slide the door on (I made the door as well) easily. I highly recommend this hardware.

I'm an Interior Designer and I purchased these for my clients home. We used them for the Master Bathroom Barn Door and the Master Closet Door. Such a sharp look, my client is very pleased!

The rail is multiple pieces that get seamed together and are not as smooth as a single piece system. The holes are 18" apart instead of building standard of 16" which means you will not hit many (any) studs. Pay a little more and get a better kit.

The directions to install are not clear and if you are not handy you must hire a professional to install it.

Ordered this back in 2019. I am about to paint the support board and just realized the bracket is crooked and that’s why the barn door rail has been leaning or pulling down (not because of the door!).I’m hoping the seller sees this and is able to send me a replacement. This has been a big issue but too much work to try to tear it down and get another one so I never really noticed.
