I just received this product. There is no warranty info or manufacturer contact info. I attempted searching for the Tacit llc (the stated info on Amazon). That is an IT site. No information other than that. Amazon quotes this as "waterproof". The manual says it is "rain proof". Big difference. I am concerned as it is made in China.

We are very happy with this collar. We have only shocked our dog one time on the very lowest setting and that was enough. When he was outside he would just look at us when we called him, now he comes running. He was also so hyper when someone would come to the door that he would jump all over them. We have only used the vibration setting on the collar when people have come to the door now and he has calmed down a lot. He isn't jumping all over them. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a little help training their dog. We have a Boston Terrier who weighs about 18 pounds.

Excellent collar!!!!! I wrote a long review bragging on this collar and how much it has helped but unfortunately posted under wrong product. It works awesome though! And my dog has worn it swimming and works fine. I have used it on hills (me always on higher ground) and I have not had a problem with it not working. Update September 20th collar started to beep constantly. Would no longer sync with receiver. No way to contact skyline. Emailed seller...said it can take a few days to respond. Bought a sport dog collar. Really disappointed because it worked great when it worked...but 6 weeks is ridiculous

I like that I have various ways to use this dog training collar. However, the size of the module that delivers those options is too big for a small dog. My dog is a Yorkie, weighs 12 lbs and has a very small neck. The collar is also too large for him when I have slid it to the smallest it will go. With that being said, our neighbor's medium sized dog was volunteered for the experiment. The collar and module fit him and although we didn't use the shocker, we were able to detour him from digging under our fence for a visit with the vibration mode. It was enough of.a harmless distraction to redirect his attention. Good quality collar and the receiver (module) is waterproof, which is good because that dog loves the water!Disclosure: I purchased this product at a discount in order to facilitate an unbiased, honest, detailed review. Worked great for a week and now it will not charge. No where can we find any information on where to return it or call to have it replaced.

Love it. Dog is reacting quick w/out the use of the shock.

This collar is NOT waterproof ! My dog went for a short swim in the river after a baseball and It stopped working . ONE TIME !

The collar works as expected.
