Perfect amount of pockets to carry on my belt for work as a machine operator

I work as a grip on film/tv and this pouch holds all my tools, nearly perfectly. But the button will unclasp because of the weight of my tools, so I have to clip it shut. And I use the “cellphone holder” for my 16’ tape measurer - it would be nice to see that pouch turned into something for tape measurers. And I’d love to see a D-ring higher up - I clip my gloves to the one on the tape ring, so my gloves dangle/fly out further than I’d like on tight sets. It seems like this is a copy of the a Bucket Boss pouch I used to have. I used to be able to put my leather man in the little pouch attached to the D-ring, but this one is too small for my leatherman, unfortunately.

I have bought many pouches over the last few months looking for the right one. This one probably is it. I can hold my punchdown, needlenose, and 10-in-1 driver in the main pocket. My cell phone (g2) easily fits in the phone pocket, pens/sharpie in the next pocket, snips fit perfectly in the closest one and 2AA maglight fits great in the "band". There is also enough room left in the main pocket for whatever extra tool I am currently using for the job (linesmans, prober, tin snips, etc...). The only complaint I have about this is that when I walk the elec tape on the loop swings into the maglight and makes an odd knocking sound, almost like a woodpecker. This is not a big deal most of the time but on occation I work in hospitals at night and I can't be making too much noise. In those cases I take the tape off and put it in my pocket.

This fits the latest evolution of my work carry quite well. I am able to stick it in my pocket when I'm walking around and hang it in my forklift when I'm driving. It is very well made and so far is handling the day to day routine sufficiently. I would recommend and buy again if needed.

I carry a small amount of tools with be at work over a 12 hour period a day. This belt has the right design and size for just what I need. Unfortunately it is not a rugged as I require. Within the first two weeks of having it, the button to attach it to my belt broke off. I now have to zip tie it onto my belt every morning. The clip that holds the tape strap was next to snap so now it isn't functional. And lastly, the padded pocked that I keep a multi-tool in has had the bottom worn away so now anything will fall through it. With that being said, I'm sure it is a great pouch for someone in a less industrial environment. It simply will not last with heavy day to day use.

If you do work around the house this would be a great pouch for you. You can hold your basic hand tools. Being I work out in the field I'm not sure how long the pouch will stay on my belt, due the fact the hoop that your belt goes through closes with a snap. I also work with razors so my knives are always open. The inside of the pouch is not leather, so I'm afraid eventually the material will rip. I will use this when I'm on a small job or when I do work around the house.

Kept flapping making a clapping sounds with the tools in it. Also button broke through the material and pouch is not useless. Good idea not executed very well. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I would stay away from this item.

I use this daily in my job as a building superintendent. Just the right amount of space for my most commonly used hand tools.

It's a good little pouch for a tape measure, pens, little knives, or a phone! I like it for my purposes.
