Terrible!
This store is horrible when it comes to getting a refund! I purchased the item & it didn’t work with what I needed it for. They charged me s&h to return. I no longer have the original form of payment due to my card being compromised so I requested it to be issued to Amazon gift card & all they kept doing was sending the same response over & over even when Amazon contacted them!! Amazon need to drop them from selling on their platform!!!

I had no issues with these, they are triggering 12V on any port in my posession capable of such voltage. Worked fine with 2-24W load, I hadn't tested with more power.
