The substitute product MaiMed is of inferior quality and absorbency. This was delivered without warning that the product I ordered was out of stock. Usually I am informed if the product I ordered is out of stock. Just substituting another product or brand is not acceptable. If you want this product back you'll have to arrange to fetch it. I have mobility issues and can't pack this up and take it to the post office. I don't even have the original packaging anymore. One bag jas already been opened by my helper. But no product has been used.

I have been using these pads for over a year now with multiple reordering.Originally I purchased them for myself as I have bladder issues where I leak at night. I also have an elderly dog who is a bit incontinent & in the past I purchased puppy pads for her to use. One day I ran out of puppy pads but I had my incontinence pads so I put one down on the floor for her to use. Its double the size, half the price & way more absorbent than any puppy pad.As a pad for my own incontinence, they work perfectly. Saving my sheets & my mattress which is brand new. They absorb well. I stick the edges with a bit of double sided sticky tape which helps keep the pad in place as I don't like having to wash sheets every day. This works reasonably well for me, but if I have a bad night tossing & turning eventually the tape I use comes loose & it will move around. Under a sheet it will stay put all night. Its personal choice, but for me the tape works well enough to keep it in place. The product does what its made for & added bonus I am saving a fortune using these for my elderly dog also. I purchase 1pk per week & this covers myself & my dog. Excellent value for money.

Like with all of these pads they have a waterproof base to prevent leaks onto the bedding or chair depending on what they are bought for.Well as everywhere ran out of puppy pee pads i thought if these are good enough for human sized leaks then they'll be fine for 20-25ml puppy wee leaks, how wrong was i? They have a layer of cotton wool ontop of what can only be described as a wafer thin carry bag lining that is NOT in any way waterproof as it leaks through onto the flooring.My 2 pups are only small so don't wee that much compared to a human so id hate to think of someone sitting or lying on one of these all soaking and wet through right down to the mattress or chair cushioning.I wouldn't recommend these atall if i had to recommend something id use puppy pads instead they hold so much more than these do.
