On page 32 in the section "The Bull's Eye" Your example 3-75-4-M, your breakdown states 3 = 03 Deck, this is incorrect. the "3" in this example signifies this is the 3rd deck or the 2nd deck below the main deck, which on a carrier is the hanger bay. If it was 03-75-4-M then 03= 03 deck is correct. This stuck out to me cause I'm a retired navy chief who served as ships company on more than four flattops. I gave it a 5 star rating because it's a very well researched book and should be a reference for carriers.
