Light and convenient. DOES NOT FIT 2" BELTS
I replaced a plastic hook that had detents instead of this product's notches. I got it to fit onto my 2" belt, but it doesn't fit. At best, it barely fits my personal 1.5" belt, and I still have to really jam it in there. The hook is sturdy enough for drills and a Milwaukee mini bandsaw. I haven't tried to use any heavier tools. Overall, it's good enough to be used as a 'back pocket electricians' tool belt. It's light and compact to boot.

Love that it’s leather and it fits my occidental belt! Can comfortably hang my impact & drywall gun. Very handy especially for drywall. Best among competitors.

Reliability issues
one of the best hooks I had in my tool belt and Loved it until the tab broke within a week . Now I have it taped up and have to re-tape it once a week for it to be used .

Not for trade use.
So I can't comment on how this hook is built and how long it can last for everyday job site use.It has a 2 inch 5 cm hole and it doesn't fit on my tool belt at all. My tool belt is 3 inch wide and this gun hook doesn't fit so I end up using it on my pants belt and wear the tool belt over it. It makes it very uncomfortable and I end up taking it off after 30 minutes of agony. Please make one that fit 3 inch belt which I am no expert but I think that is a very common size for carpenter belt.
