We had this cat tree for two years. My cat immediately tore the ladder off , we couldnt get it to stay on. The top section was next to go . It's just a cardboard tube so my cat rough housing on it tore it off. The next tunnel thing came off pretty soon after. Also the tunnel is pretty small . My cat is barely over 5 lbs and he barely fit in it. The ropes then started coming off the bottom party because my cat used them so much . I think my cat is just super rough . If your cat is just going to be lazing around then its a great purchase. But if you cat likes to play alot then you might want to go with something a little more sturdy .

I got this in hopes to give my cats something help them exercise. It worked great but the only down side is that the poles supporting the tunnel perch and the bed perch will loosen very quickly and the small tunnel perch will break right off easily. Its great for small cats, not so great if you have a bangle or a large tom.

I was excited to find this reasonably placed cat tower to provide my cat with some entertainment in my studio apartment. I did not mind putting it together, but I wasn't thrilled with the completed product. The half open/half covered part is too small for a grown cat (and my cat is on the small side) and he wasn't using the highest ledge of the tower because it was awkward for him to get to. So I did some modifications: I removed the half open/half covered ledge (and just got rid of it) and replaced it with the ledge that originally sat on top of the condo. Success! Now he loves to sit and sleep on the round, open ledge part and can sit on top of the condo as well. He still has yet to use the hammock...perhaps eventually.

We purchased this particular brand because a relative has a much larger one that works well for her and her cats. Our cats range in size from about 8 lbs (3.5 kg) to 22 lbs (10 kg). The largest cat ignores it completely, which is just as well. Our mid-size cat uses it a lot, but continually knocks off the little cat-walk on the bottom.Also, the hammock/swing has also come off once. While we made adjustments to fix the problems, most users will quickly become disenchanted and will likely return the item.We still recommend the brand, but advise consumers to avoid the catwalk and the hammock/swing.

I am keeping this one on my large covered porch. My cats love it! I am thinking of getting another one, in addition to the cat tree I already have, for inside the house. I may want to get a smaller one, or just the lower part of one like this one for a large wire kennel and upgrade the one I now have in the house for a much larger one.

The tower was exactly as shown and arrived in perfect condition. However, it is truly built for a small breed cat or for a litter of kittens. Normal, regular sized cats will not fit in the round bed (10" diameter) and it wobbles. Actually, both items on the posts wobble. If you have a small cat (6-8 pounds), then this would be a very good buy for you.

2 Cats. The tunnel stand on the top broke. It won't attach properly. Cats never use the hammock. Stairs fall off when the cats get rowdy.Overall good purchase though. Cats love it and that's all I care about.

Very good product for the price. The top piece that has the round sitting spot wobbles slightly because there's only one screw to hold it. The sitting areas for the cats could be a smidge bigger. That's why I gave it a 3star. All in all the cats love it, we love it. I'm glad we got it.
