Q: Does it reach 250 degrees?

Mine did not. My nail fungus kept como back. My podiatrist suggested I verify the temperature but she highly suggested I stop using it. I have not used it since as it registered below 145*F. Have not used and am managing it with out this autoclave. Will be spending more for a real one

Q: Can it sterilize metal tattoo grips ?

If is metal I think you can. It works perfect for my tweezers. Is the best.

Q: I bought this a while ago where can i buy just the glass beads?
