This necklace is very nice with an aurora borealis type sheen to it that is pretty. My boyfriend brother commented on how nice it looks when I wore it. The sides open up to reveal a round centre piece which says 'you are my sunshine'. The necklace pendant has a good weight to it I think a little heavy for a child. But would make a lovely gift for a lady of any age. The only down side is that it just comes in a plastic packet. One of those little mesh or velvet gift bags or a box would have made it a nicer gift. Other than that I really like it.

Got this in the rainbow look for the 7 year old and she loves it.In terms of quality is it cheaply made and not the sturdiest - the sunflower bit opens and closes with movement.It looks pretty and draws the eye.For £7.99 this is the perfect gift for a kid - it comes with a little plastic tag in a plastic bag which looks cheap but popping it into a little material drawstring bag or a jewellery box would make it look better

Shame it not coming in the nice box so could be given as a surprise gift. But I didn't expect a lot when getting pendant for that price. It's cheap but looks nice, hidden message can make someone day smile on face. Simple but it works. Word sunshine could more visible/readable. Quality of product if fine. Overall for that price it is worth to buy it.

This is really pretty; it opens up to reveal the message, " You are my sunshine ". The locket,message and chain are all multicoloured; the chain is a good length and the pendant is quite heavy. Mine was a bit uneven,as you can see in the picture, but I don't mind.

GF is into sunflowers, so this was a good choice. It is better made than I expectred and should last a long time.

It is not attractive at all when you wear it. But looks much better under light.

I gave this to my friend as a gift, it is super cute and the price is worth it. The charm itself is good but the chain is a cheap "gold" chain. It looks very obvious that the chain and the charm don't belong together. I just switched out the chain for a silver one that looks less tacky. But I love the charm it is so cute and I love the idea of it how it opens up.
