Looked used
This battery did not fit correctly in my Alcatel 3v but I managed to install it backwards and bend the cable. It was very difficult to plug in. The battery had alot of marks on it and looked used. So far it has been working OK for a month but doesn't seem quit as good as the original but possibly a bit better than my three year old one. The tools that came with this battery are junk and broke immediately.
