I saw this in a tiktok and thought it was really interesting and after using it for the past 2 weeks I would definitely recommend it for both work and gaming. I originally was kind of iffy about the price but the quality is definitely worth it. You basically rest your forearm on it and it uses a c-clamp to attach to the desk which is actually really secure. You can adjust the height of the rest so your forearm is positioned where you want it. It allows for you arm to basically float while using a mouse and takes the strain off your arm and shoulder. Overall I would highly recommend this as a necessary accessory for any desk setup.

This thing is amazing and has really helped my wrist issues with my trackball. My physical therapist had me switch to a vertical trackball, which is great, but this support kicks it up to no pressure on my wrist at all. It easily swings over to my keyboard without having to raise my arm out of it. Also very well built, very solid.

I LOVED this arm rest, it fulfilled my needs...until a little over a year later it decided to break in half and completely fail. Like something popped out (have no idea what, I couldn't find anything on the floor or even missing from the product). Now I can't use it at all because it won't hold itself up at all, just hands there limply. To have something fail and fail catastrophically like that after only a year and change is very, very disheartening, especially since this wasn't exactly cheap.I'm buying another arm rest to replace it, and it's not going to be this one.

These are great as elbow supports. The only thing I don't like is that they feel a bit flimsy - they are not, this is a very sturdy construction, but because it moves so freely, my brain can't really learn to trust them :)

They do not work. Don’t waste your money!

It's the most amazing product I've ever bought. I cannot believe how I survived without it. I can move my arm freely without getting arthritis, and the material is amazingly comfortable and flexible.
