I ordered this for an old DVD player that turned up when we moved; but the remote was no where to be found. I was very worried that I would have to figure out how to program it to pair with the DVD player, since I am not too technical. It came with no directions. As soon as I took it out of the package, put in a battery and turned on the DVD player, I just pushed the eject button and it opened right up. I pushed play and was in business! What a deal!
