Beautifully Broken

Beautifully Broken was a reminder to all who may be experiencing a harsh season in their life, that through the brokenness and darkness, you will find the light , faith and hope that you aren’t alone and you will prevail. Great read and highly recommended.

I absolutely love this book! There are so many poems that hit home to me! My top 3 favorites are - I Know I'm Imperfect- Pain is Gain- It's Ok They Still Love YouShe is able to write these poems in a way that can pull the reader into the situation and can feel the emotions she is speaking of. It is a wonderful read and I guarantee any reader can find at least 1 poem to relate to! I also love that she personally drew the illustrations for each poem. It's takes a very strong woman to be so vulnerable.

I think the collection is okay, a little too dense for me, however I absolutely love the illustrations. They’re so unique to each poem

I have never been much for poetry, but I loved the cover. I got this primarily because it was on Kindle Unlimited. But then I read the poem miss me on page 13. Now I get it. There are a few others that really resonated. When I finish writing my review, I am going to go buy the book, just to support this author so we can see more work in the future.

Beautifully written and Illustrated. This gem is an easy read with substance especially in a day and age when attention spans are short. S.J. Flynn has done an excellent job combining artwork with words of inspiration. So good I grabbed two copies and plan on more. Perfect gift for anyone!!!

I bought this book written by a friend, previous co-worker, nurse companion, that touched my life. I have never read a poetry book like this before. It tells a story through several poems. It definitely drew me in and I could relate to it in several ways. It is beautifully written. I highly recommend you read it for yourself!

Absolutely amazing! The simplicity of the art with words full of emotion is mind blowing. I'm not a big poem reader, but I started ready this book and found myself a hundred pages within what felt like a blink of an eye. You just can't stop reading!

Wonderfully written poetry/illustration book! Highly recommend to anyone who likes well written poetry and or beautiful, hand drawn illustrations. The inclusion of hand drawn illustrations with her poems was a joy to enjoy. Over all a very well done book!
