Wooden Human Funeral Cremation Urn with Personalized Engraving

This urn came in very quickly which surprised me, since the plaque had to be personalized. The woodgrain and carving is beautiful. Some people were disappointed that the plaque wasn’t attached to the box. I see why, and you can decide whether to put the plaque on the top or front. My urn has a very beautiful natural woodgrain sluice on the front, which would have been covered if the plaque would have been placed on the front. The bottom of the urn slides open upon the removal of a small phillips screw. To hermetically seal the ashes, I used a Ziplock gallon freezer bag. There is a ‘made in china’ sticker on the bottom of the box. Packing was beautiful, with protective styrofoam panels all around the urn. I am very happy with this urn.

I HIGHLY recommend this urn. The carving isn't perfect (hardly noticeable unless you look very carefully), but I kept it because it reminds me of my husband's lack of woodworking ability. Since it will hold his ashes, it is perfect for me. The box is very roomy and fits his ashes with room to spare (I got the XL).The included plaque was wonderful, exactly as ordered including the Hebrew wording for his name and the traditional marker blessing. I liked the versatility of being able to place it on top or on the side. I chose the top - went on easily. The only negative (which is a positive for most) is the metal screw that holds the bottom on. It will need to be removed before it is buried. Other than that, I am thrilled with the value and look of this lovely urn.

My mother had saved the ashes of her husband, mother and aunt; and before she passed away last year I promised her that I'd get a companion urn for her and her husband who had passed in 2011. I also promised that I'd get an urn for her mother as well as her mother's sister. So, I purchased three urns and they are beautiful. What's kinda strange is the interior capacity. The companion urn which is basically the same size as the single ones, has less room for ashes inside than the single ones. I would think it would be bigger to fit the ashes of two people, all in all, these are very nice.The free engraving of the dates on the four plaques that I ordered were all mixed up. I contacted the seller and the replacements are perfect.

Very simple bit attractive box large enough to hold full bag of adult ashes. Created a lovely table top memorial for my loved one.

This is one of those items where you are really not too sure on whether you are making the right decision. We knew this is what we needed because this fit Pops lifestyle versus an Urn. My only issue was if it would arrive before our funeral service. With one phone call I was at ease once they dropped everything they were doing to make sure the package was Fedex'd before the afternoon was over. By that evening I had a tracking number and the package with this Wood box arrived as promised. I am thankful for the fast service. It fit perfectly fine; Pop was 5'9 and about 220 Lbs. and we had plenty of room left over for someone bigger. The plaque was included and displayed very nicely at the funeral today! Thank You!

THE FAMILY THAT THIS WAS SENT TO WERE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEQUALITY, WORKMANSHIP AND EXCELLENT FINISH ON THE URN. THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO MAKEOTHERS OF LIKE-KIND.AFTER I ORDERED IT, IT WAS NECESSARY TO EMAIL THE INSCRIPTION. I THEN CALLED TO ENSURE THEY GOT ITAS I WAS ON A SHORT TIME SCHEDULE. IT WAS LATE AT NIGHT, AND WHEN I CALLED, SOMEONE ANSWERED, ANDASSURED ME THAT THEY GOT THE ORDER AND THE INSCRIPTION INFORMATION.IT CAME EARLIER THAN PROMISED.I AM WELL PLEASED WITH THE WAY EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED.WHILE I HOPE I DO NOT NEED TO REORDER FOR A LONG TIME, IF NEED BE. I WOULD CERTAINLY GET THIS ONE .
