The unit overall feels “cheap” and arrived damaged. The damage was caused by the poor packaging and thin, flimsy box and styrofoam - shame on the company packing the final product! The unit is awkward and somewhat heavy - combined with the minimal packaging provided and the unit is going to get damagedThe drawers do not fit snugly and can become misaligned. The separators inside the drawers feel cheap because the are very thin metal and wobble because they are too thin to fit in the slots in the side of the drawer.The units should be designed to allow them to stack on top of each other, but the holes provide are awkwardly placed and when you tighten the bolts (that are not provided! Even as an add-on item thru Amazon) tightening the bolt wrinkles the top of the unit below. I had to add four washers to get everything tight without wrinkling the metal.I had high hopes for this unit as there are not many cost-effective storage solutions out there. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is a decent set of drawers. I have one set in my work van and I bought a second set for my garage. My only complaint is I ordered them 2 years apart and both times they arrived with a dent. Both in the back corner. The first set wasn’t too bad but the second set I had to hammer it straight and pop a couple of rivets in it. It’s really a shipping packaging issue. All an all good set of drawers but beware you probably will get them dented. Without the dents I would give them 5 stars.

Metal was thinner than expected. The slots for the dividers were also slightly off-spec, so inserting the friction-fit drawer dividers could possibly bend or link the soft, thin metal. Have to be very careful when inserting dividers.Product came with a small dented corner, likely where dropped in shipping, but th thin metal was slightly bent on the corner of the case. Decided to bend things back (mostly) and make it work instead of dealing with filing a claim.

Arrived beaten, battered, dented, and clearly not capable of handling the hardship of UPS handling. Drawers still work so not going to send back, but not going to buy again.

Drawers fit loose. See photos for bent corners. The one in the front really bothers me as it misaligned the drawer! Improved packaging recommended.

Bent up upon receiving could have returned it, but it was just cosmetic damage.

Liked the first one so bought a second smaller one. Very good quality.

A great box of drawers that did not disappoint by arriving dented all over. All the reviews I read stated the shipping issue with the dents, so not unexpected.
