I have not noticed a measurable change. As far as appetite suppressant this has not seemed to change my appetite. It might be too early to see any noticeable fat burning going on since I have not finished the first bottle, but my weight is definitely unchanged.EDIT: I have been using this product for several months now and I can confidently say it works as an appetite suppressant. It might have needed to take it for a couple months to kick in perhaps, but if I take two of these tablets before a meal I eat very little and it lasts several hours. I eat two meals a day and take two tablets about a half hour before each meal. I stopped taking these pills for a little while and I started to actually gain weight, going back on them now I can control my eating habits way better. I just don't have the deep urge/desire to constantly eat and snack and I have an 8-9 hour day 6 days a week sitting in front of a computer so it was really hard to avoid snacking.

It has only been a couple weeks so I cannot yet sing its praises, but I can say that I feel like it is a good supplement to a healthy lifestyle. I have eaten pretty responsibly and taken the pills as suggested and I can seek a difference in the belly fat after only a couple weeks. I would suggest giving it a try.

I feel that really works, but with diet and excercise....I don't know why my first bottle cost me $10.99, the second $19.99 and when I'm tryng to buy the third the new price is $29.99, all of this in two a period of two month???I really don't understand...........

While I haven't noticed a great deal of weight loss after 2 months, I realize that natural herbs take longer to be effective. I patiently gained this weight, so I will patiently loose it. Good product. Good communication and fast delivery.

I can only give this 3 stars because I have only taken one month's worth. I didn't think it was doing anything honestly, until I ran out. Then I quickly went up 3 lbs. Will try again to reevaluate! Edit: This is now. My fourth bottle, and while I haven't seen significant weight loss, my appetite is suppressed and I am maintaining my weight!**UPDATE** I have been taking this for about a year now. While it still hasn’t shown significant weight loss, I can definitely tell when I am out. I do gain weight then! So it is definitely staying part of my med regimen!

Started taking these after coming back from our vacation, I had gained about 9 lbs from the cruise and thought this is a perfect time to start taking Garcinia Cambogia which I had purchased earlier. This is a good product for strength but why do I have to take 3 caps when I could take 1? Otherwise it is as expected.

Great product! Like any weight loss aid I didn't expect results right away but I am just past 75% of the bottle now and have noticed the trim down! I eat healthy but don't exercise as often as I should have have already dropped 5 pounds. I will DEFINITELY be purchasing amother bottle and am going to amp up my exercise to maximize results. I've tried other brands before but this is the first one where I can definitely say IT WORKS! recommended it to my girlfriends as well. Thanks!!
