What is the actual measurements? as it has two different sizes on advert.. One size on picture and different size in description

30cm high, with both add on feet added ... with only 1 added feet its 20cm high with non its 10 cm high, the tread part is 30+ cm deep & roughly 90cm wide.

Can you buy additonal height for this?

Is the base non slip? Concerned about using it on tiled floor.
