Mason Jar Beverage Dispense and Chalkboard Labeling Tag

I bought this to use for serving sangria at a party. We made a triple batch, three full bottles of wine plus brandy and fresh fruit. Upon stirring with a plastic spoon, the glass cracked and the entire jug spilled onto my kitchen counter and floor. Not only am I out the $20 I spent on the item, I'm also out the $30+ I spent on ingredients. It broke upon the first use, had not been dropped by us, and we did not mix extreme temperatures of liquids. The glass is incredibly thin, and apparently it can't handle mixing chilled and room temperature liquid. Super infuriating thing to happen an hour before having guests arrive at my house.

The people at quality control for this item are not doing their jobs. I bought 3 at one time. One jar was missing the rubber seals, but the only way I knew that was from the other two jars that had them. Only one jar came with instructions. And in all 3 jars, the spout hole was very poorly cut, the glass surrounding the spout holes is cracked and sharp. I'd rather not serve my guests shards of glass, thank you. I was surprised at the quality of the black signs. Real wood, not paper. So there's that, I guess. I'd be okay with everything else, but the raw cut glass edges is a real safety hazard.

I have purchased 4 of these for brewing Kombucha and they work great. You can't beat the quality of this product for the price.If you are looking for a beverage dispenser you probably won't be disappointed with this one.
