The stomach cramps are terrible and get worse as the days go by. Did it for 2 weeks straight. Made my appetite suppress. I was forced to only eat healthy light foods and drink lots of water. The stomach pain was so bad when I was full of unhealthy foods. As i kept doing it, i would eat more fruits and vegetables and smaller meals because I knew if I ate I would have to go again and didnt want to add on top of the old junk in my stomach that I was detoxing from anyway. Lol. I give 5 stars because it does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. It makes you go to the bathroom everyday at the same time (based on when you normally take it. Took mine before bed) and you start to feel lighter and better as you keep doing it. Should have kept doing it but after 2 weeks I was able to buy fashionova clothes for the first time and my waist was smaller. The clothes that couldnt fit because of my stomach before, could then fit over it! I am very pleased with the product and will be doing another one soon. 😁

I've read many comments of people commenting about the cramps. I can tell those were men. Haha. The cramps feel like period cramps, so ladies we are used to this.Drinking lots of water does help with the cramps though and this stuff does work. Only take it at night and once you wake up, you'll have to go. It only made me go to the bathroom twice and both times were right after I woke up. I feel sorry for those that were going throughout the day. I've been taking two at night at around 8pm and I've already lost a couple pounds. I usually hit the toilet at around 7 or 8am.My piece of advice, stay hydrated.

I ordered these based on the many great reviews, and I was aware that they'd cause some cramping and bathroom trips, but I wasn't prepared for how bad it actually was. People say they had to eat less on these which helped them lose weight. To be more specific, you feel unwell while you're on these, like you have a stomach virus in the background or something; that's why your appetite is curbed, or at least that's why mine was. My stomach just felt too sick to have much of an appetite.The reason I'm especially upset is because this product claims to be "gentle", but the wake ups at 4am with severe cramping and sweats was anything but gentle. I was also really exhausted through the days that I did take it. I was so fatigued that I started to get concerned, so I stopped taking them. I was on day 4 of these pills when I stopped. When it came time to take that fifth dose I just couldn't bring myself to do it.I'm overall disappointed, and I highly recommend buying these with caution.

First and foremost, I really enjoyed and loved my experience with this supplement. The sole purpose of this cleanse is to clean your colon, which is does. I've read many comments about the pills hurting your stomach, making you sick, etc. For me, I drank plenty of water (a gallon-half a gallon a day) and ate regular foods, the only thing I did notice was as soon as you wake you you gotta go (depending on when in the evening you took the pill). I tried taking it at 730pm so I would wake up go to the toilet and then be on my way. Don't get me wrong, the first 3-5 days I used the bathroom 1-3 times, but nothing crazy. I never had to stay home for it. With all that being said, I highly recommend this product! I feel good and will be definitely doing it again later down the line. I bought this product to start off my weight loss journey. I love it! I started using this product on 5/5 and I’ve lost 8 lbs in 1 week. I would just advise anyone who uses it to drink LOTS of water and be prepared to be in the restroom for most of the morning. I noticed it doesn’t matter what time you take the pill during the day, it becomes active once you have waken up from a nights rest. I would recommend this to anyone! It’s great and I can definitely understand why you shouldn’t use it longer than 15 days. Thanks for this product.
