A good knive for sushi
Very good knive. I have yet to sharpen it, so it's not so sharp any longer but it is still much better then my previous one. I like it for cutting sushis. I bought a stone to sharpen it, so I guess it will cut much better after sharpening. I thought the handle would get dirty quickly but it is easy to clean and remain clean looking.

Great edge for the buck!
This knife is great value for the money. The knife edge retains sharpness for a good length of time, and the single edge design is a great bonus for cutting, and re-sharpening. No frills here, like a treated wooden handle, but this knife is made of very good steel for the price point.
