Let me just say I do not regret buying this product. I was skeptical because of the texture and density of my hair, but the products didn't disappoint and I also received some gifts which I really appreciate. I was hoping to try the entire line for a more consistent result, but it wasn't available to buy. I also used it on my daughter's hair and it worked just the same. I will definitely be buying this again, hopefully the entire line this time. Oh and it didn't revert as I was expecting it to since I live in the Caribbean and it's very humid here. When I washed my hair it was so much easier to manage and my curl pattern didn't change, it was just smoother and easier to detangle. My wash and goes lasted longer and my hair was easier to style. Thank you for this product. Highly recommended

I have been buying their products for years now.The free-formaldehyde keratin straightener is very good. Very pleasant smell and easy to follow the steps for the application.I specifically appreciate the way the ship the products. Their really care for their customers and pay attention to details.I currently trying their new line of shampoo and conditioner. So far I really like it.

Leaves hair feeling sticky and stiff. Besides texture, it also changes color of hair. Not impressed.

Followed directions 10 days ago. My hair is still soft and manageable. Less knots, less hair in brush. Plus luv the silk and the keratin acai oil. I will definitely buy again. And I'm going to look at their shampoo, conditioner options.

I have had several Brazilian Blowout treatments at salons and have been interested in a product that I could use at home to achieve similar results without the formaldehyde and the need to schedule time at the salon around a busy schedule. I found this product easy to use, with no fumes or offensive smell to cause me to have to go outside or open windows. The directions were clear and very easy to follow to get the results I wanted. I did not need as much of the product as noted on the directions, in fact, so I will likely get 5 or so uses out of the straightening formula, which I find to be an excellent value. I probably used more than needed this first time, so it was kind of sticky when I dried the product into my hair and flat ironed it, but it was silky soft and straight after I waited a couple of hours then washed it. At his point I do not know whether it will last quite as long as a B.B. treatment, but given the ease of doing it myself on my schedule and the great value for what I paid, I am not concerned even if I have to repeat it monthly rather than every 3 months as needed with the B.B. treatment.

Easy to use, trust me, if I can use it so can you, I used a hair dye applicator brush to ensure I was spreading the mixture evenly on my hair and instead of using a hair dryer I used rollers because my hair tends to fall if pulled on a lot. After two weeks, my hair is more manageable and sophisticated looking. You may want to cut your ends as it makes them look unnatural straight and a but dry though so condition condition condition!! Small price to pay, speaking of which, so happy I didn't spend a ton of money at the salon, I will end up saving so much money as it will last me a long time.

It’s a bang for the buck! My hair is soft ,silky, straight and very manageable now. I have frizzy wavy hair which I can finally manage with a product that doesn’t cause skin irritation because I have super sensitive skin.The only drawback was that it is a bit confusing ( for me) because of the number of products you need to have for maintenance. Overall, I love the way my hair feels.
