The product is terrible! Caused extreme hairfall and my hair volume has reduced to half. I assume that product being sold here is a fake. Would never recommend buying here on Amazon.

This is a review for the 19 Pro Silver Shampoo for Blonde, Whites and Platinum Hair.I absolutely love this shampoo but do have some warnings.The first is that this shampoo came loose in a padded envelope and it had leaked - not very much but it made an an absolute mess. The purple is dark and left a big stain on everything it touched.Because of this, I was a little concerned about putting it on my hair. I have dark brown hair with a lot of gray mixed in. I am lucky my gray is naturally more silver than it is steal gray or yellow. Even so, I was eager to try one of these type shampoo since it says it would make my hair more shimmery; and it did. If you have an issue with your hair being brassy or have too much yellow, this will definitely makes your grays more silver and tone down any yellow.I went to my hairdresser to have her use it on me the first time, because I was concerned it might turn my hair purple. It did not. My hair was incredibly shiny and the silver was so pretty I got compliments on the street as I walked back to my car - it’s that pretty.My hairdresser said it looked and felt like it had the kind of sheen you get from a cellophane hair treatment. My hair was also very, very soft.But here are a couple of warnings from my hairdresser and from me. You probably shouldn’t use this shampoo more than once or twice a week or your hair might retain some of the purple. If you recently had your hair bleached and/or have porous hair, you might also end up with an unwanted purple tint. Lastly, wear gloves when you wash your hair with shampoo because you can stain your nails.So, that being said, I loved this shampoo with the warnings above.My only critique would be the smell. It didn’t bother me that much but when she first put it on my hair we both thought it smelled like someone was doing laundry - it has that kind of a bleach/clean smell. Not unpleasant to me but it may be to some.Lastly - I have thick, coarse hair that I like to wear in beach waves. This shampoo made my hair so soft it didn’t hold the beach curls more than a few days. For me the look and feel of my hair made it worth the tradeoff.

The last time I got a shampoo for people with white or blonde hair, the shampoo was purple, and turned my hair purple after only one or two uses. I very carefully read the product description for this shampoo, looked at all the product photos, and read the review (there was only one at the time), and nowhere did it mention or show via photo that the shampoo was purple--so I ordered it. It's about as dark a purple as you can get without being black. However, unlike the first shampoo, this one did not leave purple stains on my hand when I spread it out on my palm. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my white hair stays white and doesn't turn lavender from this shampoo. That being said, this shampoo smells absolutely fantastic. It has a nice rich lather, and does a really good job of cleaning my hair. It rinses out well, and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth. So far, I am absolutely thrilled with it. I am dropping it to 4 stars because it's very pricey, and because it's purple and should have said that somewhere in the product description. If it ends up turning my hair lavender like the other shampoo did, I will do an update and downgrade it further.

I have been bleaching my hair for many years. I used to like the warm shades of blond, beige, gold. But for about a year now, I switched to cold blonde shades, now I bleach my hair and tint it with Wella t18. Just like all cold blondes, I was faced with the fact that a couple of weeks after toning, the hair begins to acquire a yellow tint. One of the girlfriends suggested that this problem can be solved with the help of special purple shampoos. And so over the year of my experiments with various brands of shampoos, I finally found my perfect shampoo for me. It does its job well and after using it, the yellow tint of the hair disappears, the hair color looks well-groomed and refreshed. I also want to note that after using it, the hair looks healthier and feels very silky. I am very pleased that my search for the perfect shampoo to maintain a cold blonde is finally over. The shampoo smells good and lathers well enough, it also does not paint the skin of the hands. Usually I apply it starting from the roots of the hair (since they turn yellow faster than the ends), hold it for 4-5 minutes and then distribute it to the ends and hold it for about a minute. The ends of my hair are bleached to level 11 and a minute is enough for the shampoo to do its job. I really liked this shampoo.I wish you find the best care products for your hair, take care of yourself and stay healthy!Thanks for reading this review.
