Excellent product and company! Update.
Update - It has been 2 years and still love this product. Would advise it does get mineral stains but I use a stainless steel cleaner and it seems to help. Not perfect but still looks nice.Love the look of this product. Also has the options I wanted for a reasonable price.I believe it was somewhat complicated to install so recommend you use a plumber as I did.The tub spout got bent when the plumber installed it, he was twisting hard on it so believe it was more his fault than any defect in the product.HIMK sent me a new spout at no cost which was so awesome of them.Would definitely recommend this product and this company.

it's Worth to Try!
Was very hesitant to buy it, as know for sure that the Kohler quality is unbeatable, but Kohler products are ridiculously unbeatable in price too, especially for their novelties. They not only offer a similar set for 6 and more times more expensive, they don't have a combo version at all, as if everyone has a bathroom the size of a soccer field to have 2 or 3 shower sets for one. So based on the reviews decided to try this and was very much rewarded when received the Himark shower/tub combo set. The quality of the trims are still not as good and heavy as the Kohler, but they are stepping on their hills very close, just wait! It is a very good quality set , pretty heavy trim with a good valve, looking great and working perfectly well for the right price! The only issue that I had with it. it came without covering caps in both: diverter and thermostatic handle,. which leaves 2 big holes open and exposed to water and moister. But I contacted the customer service by email, which was very responsive and they sent them and I received them in 9 days. I even received the package a day before the promised scheduled day. The packing is a separate story: it is outstanding and so beautifully done. I absolutely love everything about this set and the service. Hopefully it will last and we will enjoy our newly renovated guest bathroom for years without problems:)

Buyer beware
Basically, you get what you pay for. At $215, this set was not cheap. It’s stylish but poorly designed. We had trouble with the 1/2” threaded connector on the bath tub spout and the shower arm. No way for that to be long enough to connect to pipes behind at least a half inch of tile, backer, thin set, etc. modifications have to be made. We had to purchase entirely different spout and arm to make this work - ones with a cover piece that fits over the hardware! Buyer beware. Equivalently styled sets by the big brands like delta or moen cost up to four times as much! We’ll see how long this all holds up.

Unforgiving install
This is a very nice set and sturdy. the install instructions are awful as far as depth to install on wall and not forgiving at all in finished thickness. it uses male NPT threads on all faucets and showers, and you have to be very exact. I had to tear down a bit of my install due to being a little less 1/4 inch off of finished thickness.. There is no way in trim to allow variances. I tried to contact MFR at their email address and also tried through amazon, no response. Take heed and purchase at your own risk, next time around I am staying with US mfr, with a proper 800 support number

good product
Like the product very much. Against all advice I installed it with copper pipe, works just fine but tricky plumbing, as all outlets for tub, shower head and handheld are on top, need to route tub spout pipe around the valve. Preplumbed all pipes in the garage, then dropped in entire assembly and soldered hot and cold feed lines on. Done. Also, all outlets need to be precisely positioned, as the threads on the parts are fairly short and have a shoulder. No eye-balling it. Need to measure. For soldering, valve cartridge and diverter valve body need to be taken out of the brass housing - all you will fry the gaskets and plastic parts. But that‘s standard procedure with all valves. I am no plumber obviously, just DIY guy. Disclaimer: This is no professional advice, just sharing my experience. Its a good product.

Beautiful set and wonderful customer service
After installing this set in March, by August, the shower head started severely leaking - the seam between the back of the head and the bottom where the water comes out broke, sending water through the seam and resulting in basically no pressure through the holes. I reached out to Amazon who then connected me with the seller. The seller was very prompt in responding to me and I was sent a brand new shower head within 3 days which has been installed and working with no issue whatsoever. In addition, the set is beautiful and looks much more expensive than its actual cost. It has turned our shower into a luxury boutique hotel.

You get what you pay for
This tubshower set exceeds my expectations. The quality and construction are by far better than what is normal in the finish plumbing market. Everything was included that was advertised. The packaging was better than any i have ever seen, it was hard to discard it after the installation was completed, because it was such high quality material. The instalation was more difficult then I expected but well worth the extra time i spent reading the instructions. I have no compaints whatsoever about the whole set. I have low water pressure at the mobile home that i decided to remodel one bathroom in and I decided reuse the old fibreglass tub shower. This is by far the best tub shower set I have ever seen, used, or installed in a bathroom. Thank you for great product that is hard to find these days.

Tight tolerances dry fit first
I was doing a brand new pex install. The first issue I encountered was the fittings leaking in the valve body after I used the supplied thread tape. I wrapped it 5-6 times but still leaked until I used my own thread tape. Second the threaded end of the faucet and the shower head arm is not long enough to reach through tile/mortar and 1/2 inch backer board to the drop ear connection. The hand held mount is a much better design as the trim/cover slides over the body of the mount. Overall it seems like a quality shower system.
