This is American ginseng root grown in America. American government does not certify any herbal products as functional food like in Korea. I and my friends who have tried this product find it to be of inconsistent quality. I advise all my friends to stick with certified korean ginseng from companies like IL HWA (ASIN: B0013AFMLS) Cheong Kwan jiang (ASIN: B00EL7K7N8) etc. if you want a low cost, American alternative, try Prince of Peace brand (ASIN: B00014EAEM) works for many people who are healthy and need a boost. For medicine for a person with illness, the extracts are better absorbed than the powder.

Q: Is it made from pure Wisconsin ginseng? Nowfoods.com doesn't specify but Amazon says it is "high quality cultivated Wisconsin (USA) ginseng root".

From what I know, this is American Ginseng and not Korean Ginseng. Most likely from Wisconsin.

Q: how long can one bottle last?

The serving size is 2 veg capsules. There are 50 servings per container. We suggest you take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily as needed.
