Loved the robust flavor and taste. Very few companies make a true lemongrass extract that is suitable for high-end concoctions. This is expensive but concentrated and you will be able to dilute most recipes.

I buy this syrup for cocktails. it is high quality, delicious and very difficult to find elsewhere. I hope the farm continues to produce this. I appreciate the handwritten note they attach with each purchase expressing their appreciation for my support of their organic farm. That's a very nice touch. I am happy to support a small business.

Fine as a simple syrup. Never mind the lemongrass.

I use this for Oatmilk Green Matcha Lattes. Think I’m on my 6 bottle. It’s really the best I have found in the market. I’ve added it in hot tea as well. Excellent quality.

Lemongrass flavor isn't strong here. It has an herbaceous quality to it, but not fresh lemongrass. Almost makes me think of the brisk iced tea. If you're looking for a strong lemongrass flavor, don't get this product especially since its not eligible for returns.

Perfect for cocktails!

This has a wonderful lemongrass scent and flavor that enhances your drinks without disappearing or overpowering them, the balance tastes just right.I wanted to do something bold to really experiment with this, so I made some "Milky Way" cocktails (the complex kind with Greek yogurt, grapefruit juice, Prosecco and Rum, not the sweet one made to seem like the candy bar of the same name), and the complex blend of flavors was a delight! This lemony, herbal syrup played in the mix very well!This has a good, bold flavor and scent, and it definitely elevated the finesse of my drinks versus just raw lemon juice, which adds too much acid and sourness versus the lemony but smooth flavor of this. I am very happy with the syrup, and would absolutely choose it again! 5-stars!!

I tried 3 different syrups from this brand, and the lemongrass was my favorite. This is a great, natural tasting syrup that would be awesome in cocktails, and will probably make an appearance in an espresso tonic soon too.
