I bought this for my elderly mother she loved it as she hates disposable ones

Tried them on the one time. They were like very bulky diapers. Uncomfortable between my legs. Tried pants over them; total fail. There is plenty of absorbancy available but I could not wear them in public (and would be red faced at home).

Range of sizes is great. Well made and comfortable. Down sides are the pad portion is VERY bulky. No mater what pants I wore you could tell and problem two is that the padded control doesnt go very far up the back of the underwear. So not helpful as its just flowed back to leave a spot there.

Honestly, I bought it for my grandmother and it was just for if she didn't make it to the bathroom on time or if she leaked when she coughed or laughed, but we didn't have an instance of testing it at more than that, but she had been wearing Depends at that time "just in case" and she found these infinitely more comfortable and less costly at that time. It is a while later and she is now having confusion problems and now I am onto serious heavy duty types of protection where she gets confused and doesn't get up to go to the bathroom at all and it would mean changing these 5 times a day and doing nonstop laundry, so I am no longer using them.

I wish I could give these five stars because they are well made and probably a great product but I ordered according to directions. Received panties that would fit fine everywhere except the waist band is ridiculously small. The company graciously sent me a different size but the waistband was not much larger. My regular underwear is identical except the waistbands. If that would not be a problem then I would be wearing them and probably giving them 5 stars. Their first customer policy is excellent. I have to commend their customer service. It’s just the waistband problem

Have to wear pull-ups with it

I had a hard time figuring out what size to order. You can't return opened panties and these are too expensive to toss. I looked up the hip size of my favorite blue jeans and used that as a guide. The hip measurement of size 28 women's Lee jeans fell within the 6x range. I wouldn't have ordered the right size, if I hadn't compared. They fit nicely. They aren't pretty or sexy. But they don't need to be. They are sexier than wearing a maxi pad. The fit is good under jeans. I don't know how they'd fit under thinner, more revealing slacks. They absorb well.

Nice quality but run small. Mine did not fit so company refunded So I could order the larger size. Great customer service.

They protect as advertised, Excellent.
