KJV Life Application Study Bible, Third Edition (Bonded Leather, Black, Red Letter)

I purchased this for a young teenager-to be-for his birthday. It is filled with information for him; each time will open his eyes to how the Bible is revelation then, today, and especially for him.

I like that the Bible looks more expensive then the price that was paid, what I would have liked is the letters to be larger other than that I am very pleased with what I receive.

I love that there’s explanations throughout the Bible that gives you background knowledge of what the chapter is talking about and it gives you facts you probably didn’t know! I recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a KJV study Bible. This one was my first pick because of the formatting, art, map, index, and background info!The only down side for me is that its not large print but when you see how much information is there, you’ll understand why.

I bought this for my husband as a gift. He tells me he loves it and the way it's set up and organized, and he loves the extra maps and charts and tables. I got him some tabs to help mark the different books and the sections that are important to him, and he uses this along with his other study bibles. He says this is a good one!

I’ve always wanted to read the Bible but had difficulty interpreting the text. Although I’m currently reading Genesis, I already love this Bible. It perfectly elaborates on each part along with explaining how it should apply to our lives. I’m so excited to have a resource to strengthen my faith and apply God’s word into my life. 10/10 recommend.

The font is regular size the description said large print. I like the Life Application Bible I just need bigger print for easier reading.

The content itself is 10/10, but certain areas of the book's content and design have been downgraded —• The page gilding is now silver instead of gold• The indexed pages have been omitted for some unknown reason• The binding text has been changed to an awkward font/spacing/placement• The symbols inside have changed from the classic, artistic style to that of a contemporary social media app theme• The changes to the study guide are so minute that they are negligible, and it's preferable to purchase the second edition (or to keep the second if you already own it) as nothing new is added (modeled on what I've read throughout the entire book of Revelation), only redundant emphasis has been added for slightly improved clarity (which was unnecessary)• The mobile version of this study bible (named Tecarta) has been updated recently and now reflects the changes of the third edition (albeit with a seldom occurrence of typos[?] or word changes to the guide portion of the app), the app in its entirety can be purchased for only $20 compared to this $60 third edition and is almost as easy to navigate• The price of the third edition is $60 in comparison to the $50 of the second edition which can be found on Amazon• I was hoping to see commentary on contemporary society (georgian guiding stones, etc.), but unfortunately not one mention of current events (other than what the second edition already covers pertaining to the end times) has appeared during my reading of the updated version, which is confusing as the box cover says "Updated & Expanded for life today!"
