This product does not offer a heating model. That’s why it only got one star for temperature. It’s a good thing I live in Florida. I have tried many of these aftermarket bidets with little success. This is the third one I have tried and it works great. I paid a little extra for it and it was definitely worth the money. The only thing you need to know, which is what I wish someone had told me, is that you must use (included) the spacers between the toilet seat and the toilet. At first I thought I installed it wrong until I realized that the seat will never touch the toilet and that’s OK. It is a little unsightly but it is in the master bathroom and it is worth it. Very easy to install.

Out of the box and installed in less than 30 minutes. Longer than most here because I NEED to read the full instruction manual first. Provided your water valve and tank hook up are easily accessible, you shouldn’t encounter any problems. This is cold water connection only.Husband and 16 year old daughter were laughing the entire time. Calling me crazy for getting this. Husband has yet to try this. *eye roll*The pressure is amazing and we will probably never need more than 1 o'clock position to handle the number two. Look, you can run the backside clean for 15-30 seconds and most times will not need more than 3 or 4 squares just to wipe the water away. Game changer. A few times the situation got sticky and required a longer rinse or extra wipe. Note* daughter finally tried, after insisting on ice-cream while being lactose intolerant. We both do a few seconds with the feminine wash after a tinkle. You become quite attached to the super clean feel after just a few uses.This next part discusses Aunt Flo’s visit.As those of us that get a monthly visit from dear old Aunt Flo know, things can end up pretty messy and resemble a scene straight out of CSI. Well, no more! The front wash leaves little trace of her visit. This makes for quick changes and no need to wipe down the seat after attempting to keep things cleaned up.No regrets. Nothing to dislike. Can’t believe we waited so long to get one of these.

This is my first dabble into the bidet game.I didn't want to spend too much, not knowing whether I would be able to hook it up or even enjoy it.Attempt #1-Went fairly well, hooked up easier than expected. Turned on, and leaking.Attempt #2-Took everything apart, reassembled, and made sure everything was tight. Turned on, different leak. (Turns out in attempt #2, I somehow bumped the tank, so it wasn't the bidet or attachment where it was leaking)Now everything is hooked up, and a week without leaks. As for the bidet, I'm very happy with it, especially as an entry level product. The nozzle doesn't move as much as I anticipated, so the user has to align their "area to be cleaned." Can probably get by with just 2-3 squares of toilet paper, mostly for drying. Was a little concerned about not having heated water like some of the higher end models, but that isn't an issue in my mind.I only ordered one, and I'll walk past my other two bathrooms to use the bidet toilet.*One side note... You don't need to be sitting on the toilet to use the self-clean feature. Just be careful not to go too far when turning the self-clean nob off. If you do, it'll turn on the bidet sprayer on and you'll have a wet wall, or wet clothes if you're standing in front of it.

Easy to install! Took a little longer than expected, since it leaked a bit at first, but adding the included tape solved that issue easily. All the hardware seems high-quality. The spray from this bidet is good, and the directional switch/lever works better than expected. Appreciate the self-cleaning function.Be aware that the plastic parts of the bidet are a pretty pure white, so if your toilet isn't the same it can stand out a bit. It bothered me briefly, but all in all I couldn't be happier with it. Would recommend, especially for the price!

A great addition to any Bathroom. Works easily and is easy to install. Goes on quickly with very little time. Instructions are good and quality is above average.

One year later after my purchase of 2 of this Puro bidet. (Nov 28th 2022). I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this bidet. Approximately 3 weeks before me having it one year it started leaking from underneath the control knob. Slow drip whenever I turned the knob either to use the bidet or self clean. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE, LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to find customer service for this brand of bidet.Nov 21st 2021. Came earlier than I anticipated. The installation was as easy as a majority of the reviews mentioned. I you tubed a video on how to install and even tho the video is less than two mins long, I was able to install the bidet in about 15 mins. I have VERY limited handyman skills and this was easy to install. I have an elongated toilet that I just recently bought so my water line and shut off valve were new as well as the toilet itself. That could of been part of the reason why it’s easy to install or it could be that it’s just EASY TO INSTALL. The bidet Spray is nice. It does the job. I wasn’t sure how much water pressure would come out of the bidet but with the knob you can barely turn it on and it’s a pretty gentle spray. You can turn it on full blast and I’m sure it’ll clean your innards. There’s no temp control but I’m in south Texas, it isn’t cold here enough in my opinion to bother with a bidet that warms the water. I like it enough that I’m actually about to order another one for my other toilet in the house.This bidet seems a little higher priced than some of the others on Amazon but between functionality and installation I’m glad I bought this one.

This is the second bidet I have purchased. The first one was not well made and ultimately leaked beyond control and I had to take it out. After waiting quite a while, I finally decided to take a chance again. I have to get a fairly simple one since my bathroom does not have an electrical source. The Puro Bidet is well made, easy to install, and works very well. I highly recommend it and would purchase it again.
