This has been our favourite honey for years and years now. We have tried others and always come back to this make. The taste is delicious and gives a lovely flavour to hot teas. My children have used it instead of jam. I also use a little of it when making sauces to go with meat or vegetables. I just hope we can still carry on affording it. We contribute to the environmental company defending bees as we know the bees are in great danger with climate change. Happy to have this honey.

I like to flavor my coffee and tea mostly, but it's easy to spread on bread to, and taste delicious. I like that it's not processed with high heat which destroy the good nutrients.
