These are great cabinet locks and I will definitely buy more for the rest of my cabinets and drawers! They are much easier to use than the other styles that require partially reaching in to disable the lock, or slipping the lock through a buckle, and they look a lot nicer too! I'm also a big fan of the fact that they require no drilling. Since they hold the doors shut so closely, the toddler can't really make any progress getting them open, so (1) no more pinched fingers and (2) there's no momentum to rip the sticky tape off. I believe that these should work for a long time, and the price is right if they do eventually fall off and need to be replaced. The ONLY problem (and it's more of an amusement, really) is that the instructions on the packaging are VERY poorly translated. Apparently these require "adult warship" to install? (Maybe "supervision" became "worship", and then that became "warship"? The rest is pretty bad, but that was the one I had the most trouble figuring out!) They're basically peel and stick, so you shouldn't need instructions, but don't count on reading the instructions and getting much out of them other than a good chuckle! Seller: contact me if you want some free copywriting or proofing. These are a really good product and I would be happy to help if you're interested!

Best Purchase on Amazon yet!
We recently moved into a new house with a 2 year old. He loves the new house because every drawer and cabinet is so easy to open. He loves taking all the cans out of the pantry and dumping boxes of pasta or rice all over the kitchen floor. I can't even describe the joy found in dragging out all the pots and pans.So we needed to baby proof in a serious way. We hate the systems that require drilling and screwing things in. They work, but then the cabinets and draws are damaged. So I was challenged with finding a better options. Looking on Amazon I found this system and I ordered 2. Really glad I did.We have all the drawers and cabinets secure now. I don't have to fear when the 2 year old walks I to the kitchen because there is nothing he can open or get into. The locks work really well at keeping things closed, but are super easy to open when needed. The magnets are strong and as long as you remember where you out the lock they are easy to use. You can also force the locks to stay open. A simple flip will leave them unlocked until you relock them. This is great when you have a few cooks I the kitchen.I am really happy with this system. I have great piece of mind and I can still open everything.

So far so good
I've had these up for about a week now, and they're working fine. Some reviewers have high expectations like something with 3M double sided tape should be strong enough to keep burglars out or something. I have a pretty strong 2 year old, and I wouldn't be surprised if with a strong consistent tug using her weight, she's able to open the cabinets. To me, these are what I need, which is a good deterrent so that she knows that she isn't to go in there. If you want something that is 100% child proof, then buy the ones where you have to drill holes in your cabinets. These I think will keep my little one out more than long enough for me to realize that she's trying to get into them. I really give this a 3.5 star rating because the instructions that come one them are horrible. The diagram of the inside piece looks nothing like what's in the package. If you buy, be sure to come back to this page and look at the pictures here to see what it's really supposed to look like.

Love these!
Very easy to "install" and use. No need to make any holes, so, great for renters. Been using for a few weeks and haven't had any problems. I worried about misplacing the keys, or that needing a key to open cabinets would be too much of a pain in the ass, but surprisingly not so bad. Keep one key on the side of the fridge and one on the sink for convenience for both sides of the kitchen and after about a week we all got used to needing the key. I still kick myself when I close the cabinet in the middle of repeatedly needing access to it at one time, but most child-proof products in general will make your life slightly inconvenient. At least your babies will be safe. Obviously this isn't a mechanism your little ones can "figure out", even if they do, they can't do anything about it until they're big enough to reach the key, but if they're big enough to do that, you probably don't need to keep the cabinets locked anyway. Unless it's the liquor cabinet...then just hide the key. You might end up losing it and saving your liver in the process, lol.

Easy to install, 2 locks needed to be replaced
We've been using these for about a month. Everything has been working great until recently. The magnetic lock on the cabinet we use most (trash) has stopped releasing. I switched it out for a different lock and is working much better. I just hope I don't have to switch them out every month as I don't have enough locks and I feel that kind of defeats the purpose. This one was the only one having that issue thought so it might just be a weird one, or because we use it multiple times a day (a lot more than the others). Either way, I'd still recommend them. I'm hoping my issue is just a quirk and that I won't happen again or to the other locks.*update May 2017* replaced the kitchen cabinet lock for the second time. This time for NOT locking. My baby could open the cabinet under the sink which is where all the NOT baby safe items are. Hoping I don't have to buy another whole pack just to keep these working.
