The squaring of the radius or half the diameter does increase the volume in a hurry. The diameter of the smaller capsule was around 7.34mm and the larger one is around 8.18mm, so that alone accounts for an approximately 24% increase in volume. The capsule is not exactly a cylinder, of course, but for much of the body or length of the capsule, it's applicable. When you add in the length increase, you apparently end up with something that appears to be 30% or so bigger.As for the ingredients, no additional ingredients or fillers were added besides the holy basil and rice flour. The ingredients are as is written on the label. The holy basil is "fluffier" and additional rice flour was added to fill in the capsule.Rice flour is the inactive ingredient that's added during the manufacturing process in order to get the products to go through the machines during the encapsulation. They reduce friction and prevent the equipment form getting clogged up. Best price I've seen, but after a few weeks noticed absolutely no difference in feeling, mood, etc... So, not sure it works, or if its just hype. Frankly, I get more relaxation from my Chamomile Tea. Seriously? Yes, seriously. Sorry, guys.

Didn't work for me. Gave me a headache and stomach ache whenever I took a capsule according to the directions on the bottle. Headaches and stomach aches are unusual for me. Ended up feeling more stressed, about having a headache and stomach ache to boot. Perhaps my Cortisol level was already low and this supplement lowered it further! Next time I'll get my Cortisol level tested before I seek a supplement that reduces it. Perhaps this particular brand of Holy Basil is not matched for my biology?

I am using this product for stress and anxiety and it works! Thank you. I take one to two a day with meals and I feel much calmer now. There are also other benefits to health and had a friend not told me about using Holy Basil I would never have known what a good product this is.

This Holy Basil supplement has helped my wife and I to be less worried about things. We feel less stressed and are on our second bottle.Update (2/7/2017): I downgraded my original rating to 3 stars because we started to get heart palpitations from this product. I don't think it's the manufacturer, but a side effect of Holy Basil or Tulsi. Please do you research fully before taking this. My palpitations, which I've never had in my 50 years, are starting to fade, but it's been a scary month for me.
