Not true to size
They aren’t true to size, as the 7.5 size ladies lays perfectly in my size 9 Brooks running shoe. The next size up would definitely have to be trimmed down, so I just buy the 7.5. I love them enough that I have a pair for ALL my athletic shoes!

They didn't fit !
That they were to big I didn't won't to cut them because I was afraid that I would mess them up so I'm sending them to my brother. Do they come come in a smaller size for people with small feet .Like a 3 1\2 to 4

LOVE these inserts!
I tore my plantar fascia, and ever since then have had issues with it. These inserts are perfect! I wear these in my every day shoes and in my volleyball shoes and they work great! Will definitely buy again 😍
