Q: Will the clamp mark/scuff the top of my sonos one speakers?

It could if you're careless/not careful while inserting your speaker under the spring loaded clamp. But otherwise, no it won't. I also purchased these for my sonos one speakers and highly recommend them. For $100 you're not going to find better speaker stands than these.

Q: do the speakers come with it?

No just the stands. The speakers range between 190.00 to 210.00 each.

Q: Is this stand compatible with the second generation speakers, Sonos 2?

Are you asking if Sonos One (Generation 2) are compatible? If so the answer is yes

Q: Is this stand compatible with ikea symfonisk bookshelf speaker??
