Cheaply mad, no suction, cheap plastic tools, even the stick you light up for fire cupping was a thing metal stick with a cotton ball. It’s hard for me to return right now with no car but do not get this. I think it would be good for a beginner to get the jist of how to use it.

this is a great kit, the glass is thick but still rounded and with no burs , the texture of the finger indentions on the cups are very grippy and hold well to you finger tips.The only bad thing is the supposed cotton ball holder,dont use this, the cotton ball will fall off while on fire i just use hemastats for the cotton balls.

The accessories that come with are okay, but the cups on their own are worth it. I was looking for a set that included a couple different sizes for reasonable application and grips on the cups to make them easier to use with light oil. I only wish these came with a case for them so I could take them easily between my two massage studios.

Very low quality. I could see that it was made to fail in a short time. It is priced way too high for such a quality. It looks like a dollar store material. I bought 12 Apana Eco cups at Marshalls for $13. I love it. Such cheap therapy that works so well to release pain.
