Patella Knee Strap w/ Bonus Resistance Band by No Limits Sports - Knee Support for Patella Tendon - Pain Relief from Patellar Tendonitis, Runners Knee, & Jumpers Knee (1 Knee Strap)

My daughter dislocated her knee in a car accident and wasn't able to finish out her basketball season last year. We tried all kinds of knee braces but they would constantly slip down or roll and they still didn't keep it from painfully popping out. She tried the Patella knee strap and was super excited! She was able to run with no pain and her knee hasn't popped out once!! We are so happy to have found this product because basketball conditioning starts next week and she now has the confidence that she can perform at her best!!

The strap works as expected. I have been wearing it everyday for patella femoral syndrome, without the strap or taping I would be in constant pain while walking or standing. I have tried physical therapy to help build the muscle strength but the pain has remained a constant. The strap helps stabilize my knee cap. This provides some help while waiting for a more permanent solution to my knee pain.

The strap was exactly what I expected, good quality. I liked that there isn't a piece of plastic or something hard touching my knee cap (I have a history of knee surgery so I have a nerve sensitive knee). However, wearing the strap made my IT band/upper outer knee hurt but the pain stops when I remove the strap, this is odd considering I have never had IT band problems before when I have worn other straps. Also I don't like that there is plastic on both sides of the strap to adjust the strap, the plastic pushes into the sides of my knee and I personally just don't like it (again, I have a nerve sensitive knee). Overall a good product but I've had better luck wearing other straps because they don't make my IT band hurt.

My son has a medical issue with his knees and these patella straps are a necessity. This one, however, didn’t quite measure up. It supplied the correct support when he had it on but it feel apart very quickly and within 2 weeks it was completely useless.

I purchased this item in hopes that it would help support my knee cap during daily activities like using the stairs, lifting off from a sitting position and just walking. The strap is not bulky. It fits right under the knee cap, which is exactly where my knee pops all the time and tends to buckle. It doesn't irritate the area unlike the bulky knee support I have. I can actually forget that I have it on!From what I can see, the No Limits Sports Knee Support Strap is manufactured very well. Its easy to use and fits nicely. I can adjust it easily so that it stays on and doesn't hinder my movement. I haven't put it through the wash yet. That would be the test for me.I need to strengthen the muscles around the knee and this allows me the ability to continue with the low-impact exercises prescribed by my PT.No Limits advertises that it relieves pain. I can not honestly verify that and its not because it doesn't, I have more than a patella tendonitis going on with my legs. I am prescribed to take anti-inflammatory medication to reduce the pain and swelling to.What I can say, is it allows me a lot more confidence in movement and throughout my stretching exercises and that is what is important for me to continue doing. I also received a resistance band which is nice. I have not used the band that No Limits provides in the purchase as I have been given a set of resistance bands from my PT.

I have problems with patella tracking. Normally I just strap my knee with tape, which sorts the discomfort and retracks my patella. I was looking for something that I could just put on and off easily because I'm finding that although taping does an excellent job I may be experiencing allergic reactions to the tape. This strap was easy to put on, adjust and take off, however I found that I need an L shape, along the side and under the patella , not just under. If you can make an L shape strap for both knees I'd be very willing to try it! Service was prompt, product just wasn't right for my situation.

I've used a number of knee supports for years now and this is the best one I've found. Nothing I've tried has kept the pain away totally, but this helps. Also my knee often spasms at night and this is the only wrap I've tried that puts a stop to the spasms. It's very comfortable, especially the soft part that goes on top of the knee, and I often forget I'm wearing it. I can't run so I don't know how it works for that, but for walking, stairs and such it helps.
