Ignore the bad reviews, these are fantastic if you understand what they are for.
Not sure how anyone could be confused about how to use these tools. Even if there weren't clear photos on the box and very clear instructions, anyone with some crafting savvy and a little common sense could figure out how the handle attaches to the pieces and how to use these to wrap paper for quilling borders.And yes, you generally will use these borders to contain the designs you fill them in with, though there are other uses.The quality of this item is excellent and the price is very reasonable. I am sure these will see a lot of use in my quilling work.

Borders are not well defined.
I have been quilling for a long time and was looking forward to replacing my older set. These new ones are inferior to my older set in that the inside edges are rounded so the shapes dont line up flat. Useless to me. I'm sticking to my old ones.

So many shapes!!!
Wasn't sure about this product but Lockdown boredom and rubbish weather made me buy it! I'm really pleased with the variety of shapes that I can now create and immediately made a cake!
