I wouldn't say that you have to use another shampoo or conditioner, but I Recommend it. you definitely want to make sure you rinse it all the way out or it will itch and feel a little sticky. Personally, I use a regular shampoo and conditioner after I use it Because it makes my hair a lot softer.
