In my CISM AiO review, I stated that it was the only book you needed. I completely forgot about this one! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this book combined with the audiobook. I probably listened to the audiobook at least 6 times (while travelling) and read through the book at least 3 times. Gwen is great and has a plethora of knowledge that I'm glad she shared with us. This is a must have book!

This is a really solid book. It gives you a straightforward look into the core concept that you need to pass that I see a CA space CIS exam. And it's very simplistic in its application. If you're looking for a good resource that gives solid tips along with adequate research, this is the place and look for you.

Ordered / read & re-read this book, later provided promotional Audible mate by the author. Both serve as great tools to prep for the CISM exam as a worthy supplement, presenting and relating relevant material perfectly - wrapping up the concepts after absorbing the minute details of Information Security from other sources. The key takeaway is that the author's products instilled in me the proper mindset to hold to choose correct answers from the options presented in the questions.

Gwen’s book provides a fantastic overview of the CISM exam it’s a perfect resource to get you ready to PASS the exam- the content still speaks to the new exam! Worth every penny!

I was in study mode so I purchased the hard copy and audiobook. It’s a worth it quick read. It cuts all the fat out.Passed the exam the first try.

i read about the book on a reddit post and decided to buy it. I love how much it focuses on from the test taking technique point of view. Also summarizes everything you need to know in a domain.

I took the CISM exam May 2022. The exam and this review book had very little to do with each other.I don't know if it was a review from a different version of the exam, but the exam questions did not intersect with this review at all.Look elsewhere.

The book provides a high-level clarification on most topics.It is assumed that the reader already knows the material prior to reading this. There are some insignificant grammar errors, typos, and copy-paste issues. E-book has very low quality images - some text on them is not readable.Overall, it is a nice book to read after you've read the official ISACA review manual or other full size book. However, if you are new to the topics, this book alone will not be sufficient to pass the exam.

This is a review manual, meaning you should already know the material that ISACA wants you to know. I also bought the Audiobook narrated by Gwen herself. However, some things are not the same; for example, Page 10 in the book, states, "...15 knowledge statements" in the audiobook is 19.I got it today and already finished domain 1, so far so good. I also had CCSP from Gwen and that was also an exceptional book.

I used this book by Gwen to prepare for the CISM exam, which I passed first time in March this year with a score of 660/800.If like me you had been somewhat overwhelmed by the ISACA CISM Review Manual, this book is for you!Gwen succinctly covers all of the key topics from each domain, and the example questions, which are set out very much like those in the exam, provide a great deal of added value.In preparing for the exam I also subscribed to the ISACA QAE database, which was also extremely useful. However, it was this book by Gwen which I returned to frequently during my studies, and which I used to confirm my knowledge in the final days leading up to the exam.This book really is indispensable, and at less than £20, is essential reading for anyone pursuing the CISM certification.Thank you Gwen!
