SF Handheld is Ready to Rock!
The media could not be loaded. Incredible pressure switch on the cap button.Paints light on objective, so well. This applies on the low setting just as much.Materials used exceeded expectations.Arrived brand new in original packaging with (2) SUREFIRE CR-123A batteries.

Awesome little flashlight.
This was recommend by a co-worker. Awesome little flashlight! Fits well in hand, even with gloves on. The green is a bit different, compared to the normal black. It is easy to find in your pack. Not as easy as orange, but a whole lot easier than black. It has a secure grip without being course. On high, the light is ridiculously bright. The low setting is more applicable for general use. The tail cap takes a little getting use to, however. The settings change depending on how far, and how fast, you press the switch. All of my other flashlights that have selectable output, regardless of company, operate the same way: tap for momentary high, click down for constant high, tap again to cycle through setting, i.e. high, low, strobe, S.O.S. With the G2X's switch: press for momentary-on low, click for constant-on low, return to off then press or click again for high. This one is by no means bad. Just different. With a bit of practice, you get the hang of it. It comes down to more of a muscle memory thing. 20+ years of using flashlights, go figure.

My default vehicle flashlight.
Very bright. Plastic construction. Long battery life. I keep one in my vehicle for emergency use. Very useful and very durable. I highly recommend this flashlight.

Sturdy construction and very durable flashlight
I'm very satisfied with the quality of this flash light but very disappointed that for the price it did not include a plastic case like my last flashlight.

Great Light at a Great Price
Surefire products are always great and this is no exception. Powerful flashlight, durable, and holds up well. This is my third one of these and in the future all the people that I care about that need bright, sturdy, flashlights will get one of these. Many may think that the price is a little bit high for a flashlight, but if your life or safety depends on your ability to have a bright light, it is worth a little extra money. Some flashlights cost hundreds of dollars, this is a very reasonable compromise of great quality and reasonable price for a superior product in my opinion.

Worth the cost
Very durable and pretty much waterproof. I own 3 SureFire lights and use them all. The oldest is over 20 years old and works like the day I bought it! It’s been run over by a lawnmower and spent some time at the bottom of a well. It’s still shining bright!!

EMT review/Cavalry Scout review
My only knock on this flashlight is that it's not water proof I have tested it in pouring rain dropped it in 6 inches of water I'd say it's water proof enough minus scuba diving lol. Iv dropped it in snow in freezing conditions left it in my car in the summer been roughed up in the military with National Guard use. I like that it has two setting cause it's dim enough to use while talking to people and looking for things in the ambulance or use in the field to go to the bathroom at drill....BUT bright enough for use while looking for someone or to blind someone to use while my medic works on a person. Surefire makes great products possibly the best flashlights but with that you suffer lower battery life and have to only use 123A batteries but 15 hours on dim and a few one bright is fine by me for the job or field. I bought the g2 holster and love it on my duty or uniform belt the light is held perfectly head down or button down love it. My light doesn't get to hot either compared to my SF G2 original. This is a great light or weapons light for uniformed people I do not recommend for survivalists hikers or climbers use a head lamp in fact I still carry a head lamp as a backup in my backpack. I have the olive drab version and it's gorgeous. Enjoy it love it and abuse it. I let my 2 year old play with it around the house aka bang it around everywhere and it survived haha.
