Very good customer service! I ordered 5, but only received one pack. But problem solved after contact seller. And they reshipped the all rest plus one as commentary! BTW, this is a great product burns

No objections when applying to pets and horses
Excellent herbal ointment! I really appreciate that it comes in this larger 75 gram metal tube. Not only does our family use this, but it is wonderful to have on hand as a salve for my pets and horses. I believe it encourages healing and reduces scar tissue formation.
