Excellent way to exercise and get fit by using these acupoint workout cards.
As someone who has been into intense physical fitness programs (Weight training, Military/SEAL exercise systems, circuit programs, Tactical Aerobics, HIIT, Boxing and martial art fitness routines and numerous others) for more than seven decades, I am always interested in new and unique ideas to increase my total physical fitness levels.When I saw this interesting product (Acupoint workout cards & exercise cards-fitness card deck-body weight exercises) on the Amazon Vine program I decided to send for it.I received this very interesting and practical fitness (Acupoint workout cards & exercise cards) cards in only one day after ordering them. These unique set of cards covers the essential principles of working out, the importance of eating right and resting. Warmups, beginner’s workouts, moderate and hard programs are provided. These are all bodyweight exercises and you can do a total body exercise program to start with and move to focus on specific areas. Tabata workouts are also explained.These great workout cards give an example of a weekly plan where total body exercises are done on one day and a Tabata workout is done the next day with a day of rest between two hard workout days. These are large size cards with clear color illustrated exercises showing in detail how to do each movement. There are 53 step-by-step exercises shown to guide you in each movement.Doing the exercises in this card deck will give you a fantastic workout because you will be working your entire body. Just your body and a mat.
Comes at three levels: easy, moderate and hard. Each section provides a complete body workout, plus some cardio, using just your body weight and a mat. I like that you don’t need to buy additional equipment. There are both pics and some description. I would say the description is medium to make sure you have the correct pose to minimize injuries, adequate, but wish there was more as the other side of the card has logo. [many brands don’t have enough description from a PT therapists would like!].I wish there were cards for various combo workout days. I just don’t want to do the planing! But I like there are progression levels for different sections of the body.

Great for working out without taking up a lot of space
These are so nice for workouts. For the beginner or expert. You can choose the ones you want ahead of time and only have those available for as long as you need to do that routine. I usually do certain ones for a week or so or as long as it takes to memorize. Of course, I change up the order daily. This is so convenient because you don’t have to have a lot of posters or stuff laid out. I have little space in house so this is great. They are also a perfect size.

Convenient Exercise Cards
I love these cards. When I look at various workout regimens they often call out exercises that make sense when I'm reading the book or looking online, but when I'm on the floor, I forget exactly what each exercise looks like. These cards will help remind me of the correct form and movement. This set comes with three introductory cards and 50 individual exercise cards. Each exercise card lists the exercise difficulty (beginner, moderate, hard), type of exercise (cardio, core, legs, or upper body), a diagram of a person doing key positions of the exercise and step wise descriptions on the bottom of the exercise movements. The introduction cards include instructions, exercise principles, and a card that gives an example weekly plan. I wish there were more cards with example plans, but I'm sure I can find similar plans elsewhere. These are great for beginners so you can set up a plan, then lay them out and reference them. Eventually, as you get more familiar with the exercises, you switch out exercises to avoid boredom or focus on specific areas.

Handy body weight exercise cards - simple to use and travel with
These are very handy and convenient exercise cards to use for basic workouts. The only thing you really need is the deck of cards, and some type of workout-mat or yoga mat is helpful unless you have carpet to work out on.There is a large variety of workout cards in this deck and I found many of them to be quick and easy to learn. Some are the basics you already know such as pushups and situps, but others are more involved exercises where having these cards handy is a big help. You can even shuffle the deck and grab a random card to do a workout.I do wish though that they had utilized the back of each of the cards for some more illustrations on how to do some of the more involved exercises in this deck. The back of each card is just the same design, and I think they missed a big opportunity to give additional diagrams to show exactly how some of these stretches and strengthening workouts are done.Overall these are handy to have around, and can easily be thrown in your travel bag for on the go workouts.

Good tool for fitness journey
These exercise cards are a good tool for your fitness journey. There are exercises for every fitness level. The exercises are nicely illustrated and explained. You don't need any equipment for these exercises; you just use your natural body weight. Best of all, the box of cards doesn't take up a lot of space. They are portable and you can take them traveling.
