You need to double the dose to really get a noticeable amount of collagen. Instead of 2, take 4. They run out faster but these are about the cheapest you can get.They're small and very tasty. I will be real with you a couple times I just ate a few more like candy because I don't have self control.Within a few weeks, I noticed my nails were definitely healthier and stronger. My hair is slowly getting fuller/thicker and I've been told my skin cleared up a little, but I work in a kitchen so I am constantly wearing a hat and also getting fryer oil misted all over my face every shift. So I can't really speak to those. But my nails are 100% improved from being somewhat weak to growing faster and being stronger.As for pain relief, I didn't notice any relief going on. Although I do feel slightly more awake when I take them in morning than I did before I took them.

Taste Good, Don't Clump Up
I can't say there are results or that there are no results, but I'm taking them as directed. They are easy to take, taste pleasant and don't stick together. Time will tell and I'll take more than one bottle's worth to judge results.
