I had cervical problems that caused me to loose the strength and some mobility in my left hand. Towards the end of my PT I bought this set of grip strength trainers. One of the benefits is getting 6 different resistance levels with the 3 doughnuts depending on the orientation of the doughnut while squeezing. This offers a minimal resistance of 20 lbs to start, with the convenience to take them any where and use them as often as you like. The ease to increase from 20 to 30 is with the same weight, just a slight rotation. The next weight is 40lbs and 50lbs. The 3rd weight jumps to 70lbs and 80 lbs. They come in their own small pouch, easy to drop in a back pack or gym bag, and easily wiped with a damp towel to keep perfectly clean. They are true to the colors shown, and very durable. I highly recommend them!

Had this set for 4 days and these rings are great. Material is very sturdy and provides a good grip. It does not seem to come apart with intense use. Different colors provide different strength/resistance and the greatest thing is that each ring color gives an option for two different strength/resistance. So at the end, you get a set with six different grips to exercise you grip! Thinking about getting another set to make sure I have anywhere I go!

Seems to be a good durable product. I’ve broken 4 grip trainers in the past two years. This style does not allow the thumb to be worked out at the same time. A separate exercise has to be added for the thumb.

I use this mostly when I'm just idle, but hey, it helps in grip strength.

I don't know when or even if I'll ever work my way up to the black level of resistance.

They work great. I wish they would offer these in different colors.
