I love this!
This is such a wonderful journal, I havent missed a day filling it in, it enables reflection, positivity, goal setting and is so well designed. Ive noticed a difference in my attitude day to day and am certainly feeling more content, which I believe is partly due to completing this daily.

Great book
I love how this book makes you think positively about your day and sets you up for a happier, more positive day. And the evening reflection part is great because even if something doesn't quite go well in the day it makes you think about it differently by answering the reflection questions.

Can’t live with out this
This is my second book now and I love this journal. Takes me 5-10 minutes a day to complete. Some of the self reflection questions can be repetitive though.

Brilliant for anyone new to Journalling!
