The exercise ball itself is great. Can't go wrong here. However the included foot pump is very cheap and difficult to use. The tubing does not stay connected to the pump, you have to hold it in place to use it (which is somewhat difficult considering that this was designed to be a foot pump). It also took me about 30 minutes to fully blow up the ball with this pump (think thousands of pumps on this tiny/cheap foot pump).All in all though, it's still a good product, and the concept of including a foot pump with the ball is great. I just think the pump could use some definite improvement in quality.

I did not expect to have to wait a couple days to use the ball but really appreciated the explicit instructions on how to blow it up. I trust it will be long-lasting. It sure seems strong. The smell of the rubber was a bit disconcerting at first but that, fortunately, has dissipated. I appreciate that it came with a blow-up mechanism and extra plugs and seems so impenetrable., I think I am good to go and can use the ball for my stretching exercises and minor weight lifting. My home gym is now complete..

Good strong material, excellent value. Once inflated it is very difficult to remove the plug so more air can be added.

The sizing chart was spot on. The ball is good quality. The foot pump is good enough to get the job done. They say to not use the ball right away. Let it warm up to room temperature. Pump it up to 80% of it's finished size. Wait a day. Pump it up the rest of the way. Wait another day. Then you can use it. It's awkward to measure the diameter directly. I measured from the floor to the underside of a desk and used that to estimate when the ball was the size I was aiming for.

It's not as large as I expected. Good quality. I will use it for stretching but not for my office chair as anticipated.

This exercise ball is amazing! I got the 65 cm and it is perfect for ab workouts and is even a comfortable seat. The material is of good quality and it is very easy to put together. There is a guide for workouts that you can do with the ball and it is printed on a large paper so it is easy to see as you are working out. It has more of a rubber feel than the ones I find at the gym most often which was helpful because it prevents slipping. Overall this is definitely one of my favorite exercise balls!

Wow! This exercise ball is amazing! My mom has $300 exercise ball and this one is just as good. If you follow the instructions right this ball will be above your expectations! :) the only thing I wasn't a fan of is the foot pump. A hand pump would be more efficient I believe but still works just as good. I am buying one of these for my brother lol he won't believe the price I paid. But definitely a great item and even comes with a large poster with some awesome exercises! Thanks so much for a great product!!! :)

Ball came and pumped up easily. It included everything that you would need to fill it up including the pump, nozzles, and plugs. We originally saw this brand in use at our baby birthing classes at the Ohio State Wexner Center and decided to follow them.There can be some confusion in how to set these up correctly, the seller sent me an email detailing the proper process to fill up.I would recommend this ball.
