Determination got him where he is today! A spot on read!

Such an eye opening and heart warming book revealing the truth and raw nature of life for many. I highly recommend this as a great book to read for anyone who may have been affected by someone incarcerated. It helped me to understand just a little more about the life my dad’s murderer had to face before his crime and warning signs that were there all along.

This was a wonderful book! I’ve known Chelsea since she was a young teenager and Jimmy I met last year! They have come such a long , long way ! So proud of them both for all the accomplishments they have achieved! A must read!

An uplifting story of rising from the darkness of addiction into a life full of love, family and worship. Jimmy could have easily been another life lost to addiction. Instead he is a voice for those still struggling. A quick read that is full of encouragement.

I read it straight through in one night and cried in brokenness as parts of it brought back hard memories of my own. It’s changed the way I look at those in recovery who cross my path.
